1. Go to the library, pick out an art book from the stacks that feature artists and art, architecture or sculpture etc, from before 1750.
2. Start working your way through the book copying the pictures as best as you can.
-Do not get hung up on making perfect drawings. You don't have to copy the entire picture either, maybe you just need to copy an interesting part.
-Challenge yourself not to be super selective. Start at the first picture and just move through the book drawing from the images as they come.
3. Record how much time each drawing takes you. Also set a time limit for your drawings and see what you can do inside a given amount of time.
4. Explore and experiment with your art materials.
5. Have fun, Don't get discouraged feel free to make a scribbly mess if that's all you can do, just do it!
